The items you will need are -

1. Glitter
2. Mason Jar
3. Operational Tape
4. Water

Instructions 

1. Put the glitter in the mason Jar.
2. Add enough water to fill in and screw the lid.
3. Put the tape around the lid to make it more secure.
4. Flip the jar over and see what happens! You will see some thing magical!
